We are committed to ensuring that your thobe fits perfectly. After your fitting at our unit (130 Upton Lane, E7 9LW), if you find any issues with the fit of your thobe, we offer a complimentary alteration service within 30 days. Bring the thobe back to us, and we will adjust it free of charge. If the garment cannot be adjusted, we will remake it for you, ensuring you get the perfect fit.

2. Customization and Order Changes

You can make changes to your design or measurements within 24 hours after placing your order. Once production begins, changes cannot be made, as each thobe is made-to-order. Please make sure to confirm all design and measurement details during your visit.

3. Return and Exchange Policy

Since all our thobes are custom-made For you, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is a defect in craftsmanship or an issue with the garment that cannot be fixed by alterations, we will remake the thobe for you at no extra cost.

4. Production Timeline

Your custom thobe will be ready for pick-up or delivery within 2-4 weeks from the day of your fitting and order confirmation. We aim to provide you with an estimated delivery time at the time of your fitting. For urgent orders, expedited service is available for an additional fee.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. All personal data, including your measurements, will be securely stored and never shared with third parties. This allows for a seamless experience for future orders without requiring new measurements.
